We started our construction during a tough time in early 2022, when there were lot of supply issues post COVID, pushing big builders to shut shop. Being our first relationship with Shri homes, we were a bit skeptical at that time. However Himanshu was dedicated and committed to delivering our project and gained our trust all along. Not only Shri homes were customer-focused and were very flexible and giving attention to the atomic level of details, but they all of those were kept under control within our budget and did their best to deliver the project on time and on the agreed budget (despite price fluctuations in materials). Since then, I’ve been feeling extremely confident in referring Shri Homes to my friends, and without a doubt, will go with them for my future projects.
We are writing this review nearly a year after moving in. So the five stars are not the giddy excitement everyone first feels but rather, the whole experience of designing, building and living in our own Shri Homes house. When we first started this process we had no idea about building or owning a home, but Deepak, Himanshu and the team at Shri Homes patiently walked us through the entire process, explaining the finer details and answering all our questions. In the end we got everything we wanted in a home that was far more beautiful than we imagined, on budget and on time.
