From the façade and color selections to the theatre room, every detail reflected the family's vision from the very beginning. When it came to bringing those ideas to life, she shares, "We were demanding in terms of our needs and how a facade should look like, color combinations and Naveen was very specific in how that facade should look, the theater room size and all those needs were met."

Just as important as achieving those ideas was the guidance they received along the way. As she recalls, "Shri Homes and especially Himanshu was very patient in listening to all our needs and fulfilling it. It was not just one way right, so we had a lot of demands and Himanshu very patiently and carefully explained to us why those shouldn't not be in a list of what we look for and why it is not good for the way it is, the construction quality might impact it with some of our demands. It was a very good interaction that we had with Shri Homes and we're really happy with how it looks like, so it is truly our dream home come true."

As the home gradually took shape, it was the finer details that began to tell its story. Every choice, from the striking façade to the carefully selected finishes, reflected the ideas they had imagined from the very beginning.

Rather than simply selecting materials and finishes, each decision became part of a collaborative process, balancing personal ideas with thoughtful guidance to create a home that felt both timeless and uniquely their own.

Today, those carefully considered details come together to create a home that not only reflects everything they had hoped to achieve but also stands as a true expression of their family's aspirations.

Throughout the journey, new ideas continued to emerge, and every conversation was met with the same willingness to listen and find the right solution. Looking back on the experience, he recalls, "Throughout the entire journey there were quite a few demands from our side both from myself and Nitya and Shri Homes were really kind enough to accommodate our needs as much as possible. We tried our best to be reasonable about it. At times, something just pops into our mind and then we try to negotiate with Shri Homes if that can be accommodated."

That openness gave the family the confidence to share every idea along the way. As she explains, "I felt like they were very responsive and the way they communicate is really friendly and we were confident and happy in asking them for more demands and they were happy in fulfilling it."

With every conversation, it became increasingly clear that the focus extended well beyond the finished home. Every recommendation was made with its long-term performance in mind. One recommendation, in particular, still stands out today, he recalls, "They suggested that this area where we are living needs a pile Foundation which none of the other builders we went to suggested. They were not for it. They said like that's not required but Shri Homes insisted that we need it with no additional cost, and I think that helps because we have never felt any cracks or movements in the floor which we felt in our earlier home in the second or third month itself."

More than anything, it was this commitment to structural integrity, together with the high standard of workmanship evident during the final inspection, that gave them lasting confidence in the home they had built.

Creating a custom home wasn't just about the decisions made at the beginning, it was about allowing the home to evolve alongside their ideas.

Seeing their ideas become reality, he says, "Much to our surprise and much to our happiness Shri Homes were kind enough to accept all our requirements. It actually came out as per our expectations so that was something that really spiked our satisfaction." The result was a home that reflected everything they had hoped to achieve, making the entire experience even more rewarding.
